RIVER DAYS 2012

One of the things that kids look forward to the most at our popular Junior Naturalist Field Camp is playing in the Florida River, which runs through the Nature Center.
This year we are offering River Days at the Nature Center. For half a day, trained DNS instructors will lead supervised river play and stream tromping. This year we will add inner tubing!!! It's a great way for kids to cool off in the outdoors, as well as experience a taste of camp for one day
We will take a maximum of 15 kids each day, so register early!

Make sure your child brings closed heeled water shoes, a backpack with a water bottle, towel, a change of clothes, a bathing suit, sunscreen and a hat.
Please pack a snack and a lunch, which we will eat in the pavilion at noon. |

Parents should drop off and pick up their kids in the upper parking lot of the Nature Center, where a staff member will greet them. Click here for directions.
