All of our key staff are certified Project Wild and Project Learning Tree facilitators. We would be happy to design a training for any grade on the subject of your choice. These trainings can count toward Continuing Education Credits for teachers.
Call Executive Director, Sally Shuffield, at 769-1800 or sally@durangonaturestudies.org to schedule a group training.

Senior Naturalists may participate in above teacher trainings. In addition, we offer special trainings and classes specifically for our Senior Naturalists in order to help them continue to develop their naturalist skills. As these trainings become available, we will post them here.

If groups or oganizations would like to use already created DNS curriculum, they must credit DNS and obtain written permission. If groups or organizations would like to use our extensive volunteer manual outside of DNS programs, you must have written permission and we will discuss a fee on a case by case basis.
